Gotcha: Celebrity Secrets is a Hidden Object Game but here instead of looking for objects, you are looking for people together with Gaby. She is a greenhorn celebrity blogger audacious to ditch her dead-end job for the inspiring world of celebrity gossip. To evince she has what it takes, Gaby unfolds to compete against the reigning gossip king to acquire an exclusive interview with the world-famous actor Erik Von Hunk.

The whole game is broken into 5 "Chapters" with 8 "Posts" and it is getting harder as you progress. The story is told in a comic book style and you can either skip it or read the frames.  In any way you do not need to know the story to finalize the game. Your aim is to look for people and find some bonus items. You can see the people you need in the bottom of the screen. You receive a picture, a silhouette or a written description of them.

Always check the perimeter of the screen because often the person you couldn't find was tucked away into the bottom corner of the screen. Colors and people can become overwhelming; it is easy to focus on finding the male characters or on finding a certain color. Each Post has bonus items to search for and it is followed by a mini-game. These range from Spot the Differences through jigsaw puzzles to logic tasks.

Look at a timer bar at the bottom of each post and try to find all the people before the bar runs out to achieve Expert. Someone great on the rock scene is getting married and you could find out whom will be the future Mrs. Rockstar. But you need to use your info correctly. You, as Gaby, must go and determine those tit bits of information, seeking out your informants from scenes that combine many other characters.

From rock star weddings to amorous love triangles, the more ambrosial the story, the more readers you captivate to your blog in Gotcha: Celebrity Secrets.
